We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 3 working days. However, sometimes during busy periods or bank holidays, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services department.
It is important that someone is there to sign for the delivery, so you may prefer to specify a business address when ordering, but please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.
If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to again on the following working day. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.
We are unable to offer overseas deliveries at this time.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Loake shoes you can return them to us within 28 days for a full refund.
It is very important that items to be refunded on are returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing-tags, etc. still attached.
Write your name, address, postcode and order number on the returns form and enclose it with your shoes.
Replace the items in the original packaging and attach the address label.
Goods are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting and retain this until the refund has been processed. If you wish to order replacements, these will be sent to you free of carriage charges.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund to the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may, before the end of the statuary cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the goods), notify us by email at online@loake.co.uk that you wish to cancel your order. You must then return the goods to us along with the returns form as previously mentioned.
Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statuary rights.
