How can I arrange repair/refurbishment of my shoes?

Our factory repair service can be accessed by posting your shoes direct to the factory.

Loake charge £65.00 per pair, inclusive of return postage within the UK and VAT. This covers re-soling on the original last with new soles and heels, fitting new seat socks and re-finishing the upper part of the shoes. We expect to return repaired shoes within 21 working days of receiving payment, exclusive of any factory holidays.

If you wish to take advantage of the direct service, please send your shoes to the factory, together with a cheque made payable to "Loake Bros Ltd" or your contact details so that we can telephone you to arrange a UK credit / debit card payment when your shoes are received.

Although there are normally no issues in repairing Loake shoes, we cannot tell for certain if a repair can be made until the shoes have been examined.

Please note that we will not be able to repair footwear not originally produced by Loake, nor can we repair shoes that have previously been repaired by a third party.

Some types of shoes such as boat shoes cannot be repaired; if in doubt please contact Loake to confirm.
