We know there were a few last minute shoppers out there.
So to confirm, if your order confirmation email states ‘Guaranteed Delivery by 24th December*’ in the shipping column, then rest assured that your parcel is on it’s way to you as you read this, via Royal Mail special delivery (signed and tracked).
If it doesn’t say the above, then unfortunately you may have missed our Christmas Delivery deadline. Don’t worry though, as we will be despatching all other orders when we return, on Monday 30th December 2019.
All orders over £30 are sent FREE of carriage charges, via Royal Mail.
Please note, we only deliver to UK addresses.
Orders placed prior to 13.00 are sent same working day (Monday-Friday only). Orders placed after 13.00 on Friday will be sent the following working day.
Tracking details will be emailed upon the day of dispatch.
If you have not received your delivery within 3 working days of dispatch, please contact our online store.
All our orders over £30.00 are dispatched on a service which will require the goods to be signed for, so you may prefer to specify a business address etc when ordering, but please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.
If you are not in when Royal Mail first try to deliver they will leave a card, please follow the instructions on the card left by Royal Mail to arrange redelivery.

Our extended Christmas returns period is valid from 01/11/19, you will have until 13/1/20 to return items.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Loake shoes you can return them to us FREE of charge via Royal Mail for a full refund, or exchange as appropriate. Orders must be returned within 28 days of delivery. Please note that orders placed online or over the telephone cannot be returned to our stores.
It is very important that items to be refunded on are returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing-tags, etc. still attached. We cannot accept shoes for return where there is wear to the sole – we would advise trying shoes on carpet to avoid marking the soles.
Please complete the Returns Form contained with your original order and enclose it with your items to be returned, please specify the delivery address on the returns form if you require replacement items.
Please repackage the shoes as appropriate and visit the Royal Mail link below to generate and print your own returns label:
Please attach this label securely to the parcel. Royal Mail parcels will need to be taken to a Royal Mail Post Office.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will either exchange or refund to the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us.
Please Note – it can take up to 14 working days to process returns.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, we will contact you via email or telephone if the required item is out of stock.
Under Distance Selling Regulations you may, before the end of the statutory cancellation period (14 days from the day after you receive the goods), notify us by email at email@example.com that you wish to cancel your order. You must then return the goods to us along with the returns form as previously mentioned.
Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
