Free Delivery & Returns On ALL Orders


All orders are sent within the UK FREE of carriage charges, via Royal Mail.

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 2 working days. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

If you have not received your delivery within 3 working days, please contact our Customer Services department.

All our orders over £20.00 are despatched on a service which will require the goods to be signed for, so you may prefer to specify a business address when ordering, but please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.

If you are not in when Royal Mail first try to deliver they will leave a card, please follow the instructions on the card left by Royal Mail to arrange redelivery.

We are unable to offer overseas deliveries at this time.


If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Loake shoes you can return them to us FREE of charge via Royal Mail or Collect+ for a full refund, or exchange as appropriate.

It is very important that items to be refunded on are returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing-tags, etc. still attached.

Please complete the returns form contained with your original order and enclose it with your items to be returned, please specify the delivery address on the returns form if you require replacement items.

Please repackage the shoes as appropriate and visit either the Royal Mail or Collect+ link below to generate and print your own returns label:

Please attach this label securely to the parcel. Royal Mail parcels will need to be taken to a Royal Mail Post Office.Collect+ parcels need to be taken to your nearest participating Collect+ drop off point. Please note Collect+ parcels cannot be left at a Royal Mail Post Office and vice versa.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will either exchange or refund to the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may, before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the goods), notify us by email at that you wish to cancel your order. You must then return the goods to us along with the returns form as previously mentioned.

Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
