If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Loake shoes you can return them to us FREE of charge via Royal Mail for a full refund, or exchange as appropriate. Orders must be returned within 28 days of delivery. Please note that orders placed online or over the telephone cannot be returned to our stores.
It is very important that items to be refunded on are returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing-tags, etc. still attached. We cannot accept shoes for return where there is wear to the sole - we would advise trying shoes on carpet to avoid marking the soles.
Please complete the Returns Form contained with your original order and enclose it with your items to be returned, please specify the delivery address on the returns form if you require replacement items.
Please attach this label securely to the parcel. Royal Mail parcels will need to be taken to a Royal Mail Post Office.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will either exchange or refund to the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, we will contact you via email or telephone if the required item is out of stock.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may, before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the goods), notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org that you wish to cancel your order. You must then return the goods to us along with the returns form as previously mentioned.
Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
