Free Delivery & Returns On ALL Orders
All orders are sent within the UK, including Northern Ireland, FREE of carriage charges.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 3 working days. However, sometimes during busy periods or bank holidays, deliveries may take longer. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and more extreme areas such as the Highlands of Scotland may take slightly longer also.
If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services department. All our UK despatches are sent via Royal Mail
All our orders are despatched on a service which will require the goods to be signed for, so you may prefer to specify a business address when ordering, but please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.
If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt delivery again on the following working day unless otherwise instructed. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.
We are unable to offer overseas deliveries at this time.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Loake shoes you can return them to us FREE of charge via CollectPlus for a full refund, or exchange as appropriate.
It is very important that items to be refunded on are returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing-tags, etc. still attached.
Please complete the returns form contained with your original order and enclose it with your items to be returned, please specify the delivery address on the returns form if you require replacement items.
Please repackage the shoes as appropriate and visit the CollectPlus website where you can create a CollectPlus returns label. Please attach this securely to the parcel, and take it to your nearest participating CollectPlus drop off point, where you will be provided with a receipt and tracking details.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund to the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may, before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the goods), notify us by email at email@example.com that you wish to cancel your order. You must then return the goods to us along with the returns form as previously mentioned.
Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
