By placing an order via our website you confirm that

-              You are at least 18 years of age

-              You are capable of entering into a legally binding contract

-              You are purchasing goods as a consumer and not as a wholesale purchase.

Please note we do not accept orders from outside the United Kingdom, nor can we offer delivery outside the United Kingdom.

When making a purchase we require your name, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, email address and payment details.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your order, to confirm receipt of this order by Loake.

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items are in supply, occasionally some items may be out of stock. In the unlikely event of an item being unavailable, we will contact you via telephone or email and offer you an alternative or we can arrange a refund accordingly.

We will confirm despatch of your order via email.




For orders placed using PayPal and Amazon Pay, payment will be taken at the point of placing the order, once the order has been submitted.

Orders placed using the card payment checkout will be debited from your account upon confirmation of despatch.




Orders placed prior to 13.00 are sent same working day (Monday-Friday only). Orders placed after 13.00 on Friday will be sent the following working day.

Orders over £20.00 are delivered the next working day after despatch* via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Tracking details will be emailed upon the day of despatch.

If you have not received your delivery within 3 working days for in stock items, please contact us.

All our orders over £20.00 are despatched on a service which will require the goods to be signed for, so you may prefer to specify a business address etc when ordering, but please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.

If you are not in when Royal Mail first try to deliver they will leave a card, please follow the instructions on the card left by Royal Mail to arrange redelivery.


*Deliveries to certain postcodes may take longer.




If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Loake order you may return it to us within 28 days  FREE of charge via Royal Mail for a full refund or exchange as appropriate.

Please note that orders placed online or over the telephone cannot be returned to our stores.

It is very important that items to be refunded or exchanged are returned to us in a saleable condition. When trying items on, please do not crease the uppers or scratch the finish on leather soles. Please return any items in the original packaging with any labels, tags, etc. still attached.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund or exchange for items that have been worn.

Please repackage the shoes as appropriate and visit the Royal Mail link below to generate and print your own returns label and attach securely to the parcel.



Royal Mail parcels will need to be taken to a Royal Mail Post Office.


On receipt of your return, we will refund to the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us. Exchanges are sent free of postage charges (exchanges can be delivered within the UK only).


Cancelling your order


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Loake as soon as possible, quoting the relevant order number.

Please note that it may not always be possible to prevent an order being sent, once it has been processed by our warehouse. In these circumstances you are welcome to return these using our free returns service, we can refund or exchange these goods upon receipt, subject to our standard returns conditions.
